Wildlife Ways isn’t coming to Olton, but an exciting project to improve the local environment has been taking place in the area.
Hatchford Brook in Jubilee Park was contained in a concrete channel. This led to poor water quality which impacted on local wildlife. To improve the environment and create a new habitat where wildlife can flourish, the existing concrete water courses have been replaced with a naturalised stream (as pictured).
